Daily & Corporate Plans: Alongside our household subscription models, we also cater to daily and corporate requirements:

Domestic / Commercial Daily Plans

    • ₹1,999 per candidate, per day

    • No replacement offered under this plan

    • ₹6,999 for 10 candidates

    •  service charge is 6% of annual salary of each worker placed

🔍 Deployment & Service Process

1. Requirement gathering (type of work, hours, skill/language preferences, safety considerations)

2. Plan selection & registration

3. Search & screening of candidates: Identity, background, references, skills

4. Shortlisting & interview / trial possibilities

5. Final selection, security deposit (one month’s salary)

6. Police verification

7. Salary management – structured payment schedule

8. Ongoing support & replacements as per plan

💰 Salary Brackets (Sample)

Here are typical salary ranges for domestic and support staff in various roles. These are indicative; actual salary depends on skills, hours, location, and live-in vs live-out status.

Note: Actual salary will be decided after evaluation of workload, shifts, duties, skills, and locality.

✒️ Additional Terms & Policies

    • Registration/Subscription Fees – Non-refundable after payment.

    • Security Deposit – Refundable at tenure end, or may be adjusted after 3 months as advance salary. If client requests refund before 3 months, deposit is returned but services are terminated immediately.

    • Cancellation & Refunds – Subject to actual efforts and services delivered. Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 60 working days with 30–75% deduction from registration fees.

    • Plan Validity Extension – If deployment is delayed beyond timeline, plan validity is extended for the same duration at no extra cost.

    • Client Conduct – Respectful treatment of workers is mandatory. Abuse, forced overtime, or non-payment of dues will lead to service termination.

    • Jurisdiction – All legal matters fall under Jharkhand state courts.

✒️ Verification & other Terms

• Verification Charges: ₹ 1,500 extra per candidate.
  • We also provide verification services for candidates, vendors, employees, and more. For such services, contact hello@kaarigars.co.in.

• Traveling Charges: If a candidate is cominhg from outside the city, the client bears the travel cost for the candidate plus one accompanying family member.

✉️ Acknowledgment & Next Steps

To move forward: please refer to our basic agreement with client - here

    • Choose your plan (Lifetime, Validity, Daily, or Corporate)

    • Share your requirements (domestic/commercial, duration, skills)

    • Provide ID/address documents for verification

    • Pay the registration fee + security deposit

 Once confirmed, Karigar India will begin the deployment process and provide a formal service agreement.

Our Fair Policy

Paid trial work – no free trials.

No forced overtime or duties outside the agreed scope.

Respect for worker dignity – no verbal or physical abuse tolerated.

Transparent charges – no hidden costs.

Worker leave days (2–4 per month) are respected and planned in advance.


Refund & Discontinuation

Registration fees are non-refundable after payment.

If no candidate is placed within 21 working days, up to 80% refund may be processed (within 45–60 days).

Security deposits are refunded at the end of tenure or with 60 days’ notice.

Once a worker is deployed, no refunds apply.
