Premium Terms & Compliance
This page combines the premium service explanation and the operational compliance framework into one reference. Premium is intended to provide a more structured client experience around requirement disclosure, sourcing, coordination, communication, documentation and ongoing support, subject to the selected plan and written commercial arrangement.
Premium does not remove the need for accurate requirements, lawful working conditions, timely payment or client cooperation. Premium benefits operate within the selected plan, actual availability and the applicable written terms.
1. Why Premium
A premium arrangement is structured for clients who want a more deliberate service process, clearer coordination and a defined commercial framework. Depending on the selected engagement, the service may include enhanced requirement review, priority coordination where operationally feasible, structured communication, documentation review, replacement coordination and follow-up.
2. Requirement Disclosure
Clients should disclose role, duties, working hours, location, skills, language preferences, accommodation expectations, safety considerations, travel requirements and special working conditions before sourcing begins.
3. Screening & Matching
Identity, background, reference and skill screening may be performed according to the service and available information. Screening supports suitability assessment and does not guarantee future conduct, performance, compatibility or retention.
4. Deployment Process
The process may include requirement gathering, plan selection, registration, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview or trial discussions, selection, verification where required and deployment coordination.
5. Premium Commercial Reference
The current premium reference provides a Lifetime Plan with ₹24,999 upfront plus ₹25,000 on successful deployment, together with the premium support structure described in the applicable commercial terms. The exact arrangement is governed by the written confirmation issued for the client.
6. Salary & Other Charges
Salary is separate from plan registration unless a written quotation states otherwise. Salary expectations can vary with skill, workload, location, hours, experience and live-in/live-out status. Verification, travel, relocation, logistics, materials and other third-party expenses may be charged separately.
7. Replacement
Replacement is plan-specific. A request must satisfy the selected plan, validity period and applicable conditions. Replacement can depend on availability, unchanged requirements, location, salary compatibility, client compliance and the reason for the request.
8. Refund & Cancellation
Registration, subscription and service charges are governed by the applicable written terms. Clients should not assume an unconditional refund after sourcing, screening, processing, verification, order fulfilment or deployment activity has commenced.
9. Client Conduct & Workplace Compliance
- Provide a safe working environment.
- Provide reasonable rest arrangements and access to basic facilities appropriate to the engagement.
- Do not use physical, verbal or other abuse.
- Do not impose forced or unlawful work.
- Pay salary and agreed dues according to the agreed schedule.
- Keep duties within the agreed scope unless changes are discussed.
- Respect worker dignity, privacy and personal documents.
10. Documentation & Communication
Important approvals, complaints, replacement requests, travel approvals, discontinuation notices and commercial changes should be communicated through a traceable written channel. Clients should retain relevant receipts, confirmations and service communications.
11. Premium Complaint & Escalation
A premium complaint should identify the client, plan, candidate/service involved, relevant date, factual issue summary and supporting communication. Clear factual information allows the matter to be reviewed efficiently.
12. Privacy & Candidate Information
Candidate information, identity records, contact details, salaries and internal communications must be handled only for legitimate service purposes and must not be copied, redistributed or reused outside the authorised requirement.
13. Operational Review
Karigar India–Global may hold, review, suspend or discontinue a premium engagement where there is material non-compliance, unsafe conditions, outstanding dues, misuse of information, material misrepresentation or an operational circumstance that prevents responsible service delivery.
14. Master Reference
This page is a consolidated premium guide. The applicable written quotation, plan confirmation, service agreement and the current Karigar Terms & Conditions control the specific commercial engagement to the extent permitted by law.
